iPhone 7: Samsung continues to fight large-A9 Chip Deal

The iPhone 6 is just one and a half months on the market, but the war to the iPhone 7 is already behind the scenes fought. The question is would like to contribute from the competition between the suppliers that all gotten a piece of the pie, or one component to the next Apple smartphone. Samsung refutes example, according to Digitimes currently still with the chip manufacturer TSMC for the production order of Apple A9 chips for the iPhone seventh

Apple will make a decision at the end of the current year, report to industry sources. Until then, Samsung, Taiwan Semiconductor Companxy (TSMC) and perhaps others need to look to the goodwill Apple. The deal for the production of the frog for the iPhone 7 is understandably difficult desires not only attracts the immense volume of orders, but also the value of the main processor Apple A9 is compared to most other components in a smart phone quite high.

Tried Apple, Samsung the iPhone 7 exclude completely?

Early 2014 made the message circulating that Apple Samsung want to exclude as a supplier for its new iPhone. At the end it said, however, that the Koreans are yet again involved in at least 30 percent of the A8 chips for the iPhone 6. This year Samsung is trying again to get a bigger part of the mega deals: The President of Samsung's semiconductor business, Kim Ki-nam, this already applied early October, the new 14-nanometer manufacturing process. This is to enable the manufacturer from the end of 2014 to build still more energy efficient and faster processors at the same time. It will be interesting to see if Apple's interested, or if Samsung is perhaps completely ruled out as the biggest competitor in the smartphone business from the production of the iPhone 7.
