iPhone 7: Concept Study Shows Touch ID as part of the display

This idea is not too far-fetched, considering that Sharp has developed plans for a so-called free-form display. This innovation allows the manufacturer circuits no longer be distributed only in the columns, but also in the display, which in turn creates more flexibility in display design.

In addition to the home button the concept of Hajek could, according to the display function keys, such as camera, torch and Bluetooth included. This would have the advantage that you do not have to specifically go into the settings for calling these functions and thus they could call faster.
