iPhone 6: Apple publishes a guide to easily toggle Android to iOS


The transition from one environment to another can be confusing or even put off some consumers. Apple has decided to make their lives easier with a single step.

Aquelques days of the launch of its new smartphones, Apple publishes on its website a small guide for Android device users to assist them in their switch to an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

The firm Apple offers advice for these consumers can easily configure their e-mail addresses and calendar, transfer their photos, videos and music ... It also explains how to install apps from the App Store and the operation iTunes and iCloud.


For e-mails, contacts and calendar, Apple provides several ways to transfer data: by simply adding an email account or using an app. If the contacts are saved in a social network, just in the app and make some changes in the settings.

For photos and videos, she details two transfer methods: via an app or iTunes. Ditto for music, e-books and PDFs. It also recalls that the Office apps on iOS can read many file formats, those created in Microsoft Office included, and how to transfer and keep them updated through iCloud.
